Textbook Deferment Accounts are available to Collin County Community College students.

Important Fall 2008 Information:

Friday, August 29, 2008: Last day to set up and Use Deferments
Monday, September 29, 2008: Student Deferment Accounts must be paid in full on or before this date.

Student Deferment Account Setup: You will need to provide the following to set up a Student Deferment Account.

  1. Valid Driver's License
  2. CCCC ID Card
  3. Valid Major Credit Card
  4. Financial Aid Award Letter

Along with the information above, students setting up a Student Deferment Account must complete and sign a Promissory Note as well as sign a Payment Deadline Notice. The Promissory Note is an agreement between the student and PJ's Text Books for repayment of the Student Deferment. Please note that all students setting up a Student Deferment Account are responsible for repayment to PJ's Text Books by the date specified above. PJ's Text Books does not collect payment from Collin County Community College or any other financial aid or scholarship organization.

If you do not provide payment by the deadline indicated, we do charge the credit card or check that is left on file. If payment is not collected by the date specified, a fee will be applied as stated in the Promissory Note agreement. Payment can be made in the store at any register. Methods of payment are cash, check or credit card.

Valid discounts will be taken at the time of purchase NOT at the time of payment.

To speed-up the process print and fill out the Deferment paperwork before you get here! Just click on the links below, fill it out, and bring it to PJ's Text Books to set up your account.
